  3. お申込みは料金支払いをもって確定します。
  4. 一度お支払いいただいた料金は原則として返金いたしません。例外として、当方でセッションを行うことが適切でないと判断した場合、料金を精算・返金してセッションを打ち切ることがございます。料金精算の方法については当方規定によります。セッションのキャンセルポリシーは、項目11.をお読みください。
  5. サービス・商品の価格は事前告知なしに変更されることがあります。百瀬章子は、セール・キャンペーン等をいつなんどきであれ自由に開催する権利を保有しています。その際に以前購入された方から差額の払い戻しを求められても応じられませんので予めご了承ください。
  6. デジタル商品（オンラインコース・E-Book・音声ファイル等） は、鮮度や正確性を保つために、事前告知することなしにコンテンツの見直し・修正をかけることがあります。
  7. セッション・パッケージをご購入後にクライアント側に何等かの事情が生じ、やむを得ずパッケージを途中で中止することになっても返金は致しませんので、予めご了承ください。
  8. 当サイトで収集する個人情報はプライバシーポリシーに則り扱います。
  9. 当サイトのサービスでお渡しする各種ワークブックやEブック、マニュアル、資料を無断でネット上に公開したり、一部を含む全文を無断記載・転載することを固く禁じます。ご自身の自己啓発の目的としてご使用ください。不正行為が発覚した際にはしかるべき法的措置を取ります。
  10. セッションの録音はご遠慮いただいております。
  11. 各セッションのキャンセルはお受けしておりません。スケジュールの再調整は可能ですが、万が一セッションを取り消したい場合でも料金の返金はしませんので、予めご了承ください。スケジュールの再調整が必要な場合はセッションまで24時間前までにご連絡ください。24時間を切った時点でのスケジュール再調整には手数料5,000円を頂戴します。
  12. セッション時間にクライアントが遅刻した場合でもセッションは予定通り時間に終了します。
  13. 万が一、Skype の不具合が生じ通信が遮断された場合には、セッション途中であれば遮断された時間分だけ無料で延長を行います。セッションの最初から不具合が生じセッションが行えない場合には、再スケジュールを調整します。
  14. メールで個人的な内容（スケジュールや支払に関する業務連絡以外の内容）を送ることはご遠慮ください。守っていただけない場合セッションをお断りすることがございます。
  15. 当サイトが提供するリーディングおよび各種ヒーリングワークは、個人的な精神的および心理的な洞察とガイダンスを提供するものです。法的、財政的、医学的な専門アドバイスではありません。
  16. サイキックリーディング及びヒーリング行為においては、施術者は身体的症状や病名を診断したり、セッションの後に症状が改善することを約束するものではありません。
  17. スピリチュアルな内容のセッションは、個人が通過している人生の様々な局面に対処する自己啓発を目的としたものです。効果や結果を確約するものではありません。
  18. セッション料金支払い期日はお申込みから48時間以内とします。48時間以内に支払い確認が取れない場合、お申込みは自動キャンセルとします。別段の明記が無い限り分割払いは受け付けておりません。全額一括払いでお支払いください。支払い方法は PayPal と Stripe、銀行振込を受け付けています。
  19. 当方に明らかな落ち度が認められない場合のクレーム対応や返金要求には応じられません。自己責任においてご利用ください。
  20. サービスをご利用される前に、当利用規約に合意して同意する必要があります。
  21. 以下に該当する方は、当サイトで提供しているサービスのご利用をご遠慮ください：
  22. 向精神薬およびその他精神科で処方されるお薬をご使用中の方
  23. 深刻なうつ状態や、各種人格障害（境界性人格障害や自己愛性人格障害など）、アディクション（依存症）を含むその他の精神疾患（統合失調症など）がある方、または過去にそのような診断を受けておられなくてもそうした傾向が強く出ておられる方

セッションあるいはリーディングの目的でクライアントの皆さんから個人情報を収集いたします。

セッションおよびリーディングに使用する以外の目的では使用しません。

また、個人情報を含むファイルはすべて納品後にハードディスクより消去いたしますので、後ほど再納品を求められても応じられませんので、予めご了承ください。

当方は、情報セキュリティに関わる基本方針 (2004年制定) に基づき、「セキュリティ・ステートメント (宣言書)」を定め、内外に公開するとともに、「プライバシーポリシー (個人情報保護のための行動指針)」の遵守とあわせこれに従うことを宣言いたします。
